Before landing in Kobe, we spent two years roaming Japan looking for the very best tea in the country. When we found it in Kyushu, we pulled up our London roots and moved straight to Buzen in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Over the next 4 years we passionately pursued Kyushu’s finest tea from Yame to Chiran to Yabakei and beyond so we could share it with you… and drink it ourselves!
